Daniela Kroll gave a review over the project process and a perspective to the ongoing work. She noticed the successful cooperation between involved partners until now. Because the current time of the project is only eight month the partners have to start evaluation, continue dissemination and start finalizing the inventory.
It started an exchange about the collected examples and how to present them. The partner agreed to change the weblog.
1.      To draw off the photos
2.      To design the  front-page clear and serious with less input:
·        Short description of the project
·        Short description of each partners organization. Because some partners don’t have WebPages it was decides to describe every involved organization in 4-5 sentences

3.      All other content will be placed at the right frame as buttons:
·        Meetings
·        Questions and answers
·        Results from Questionnaire

Following it was discussed how to organize the fifth project meeting, which was planned to take place in Palermo from 17th – 21th February 2012. Because Francesco Mangiaracina is diseased the Italian partners could not join the meeting in Germany. The group decided to send an e-mail and ask the colleagues from assiciazione Libellula whether they will be able to organize the meeting in Palermo in February next year.

Afterwards the partner presented local dissemination work. Aggeliki Karanasiou printed a brochure with informations around job interviews.  Jerzy Soldatow is translating the collected examples from the Greece partner and produces a CD with good examples. Manuel Marti will participate a national education congress in Castellon and send a link to cooperating education organizations.

Manuel Marti wishes to have a common slogan for the project. It started an exchange about opportunities. and at least the partner agreed to use:

                        EDUCATION IN AN EUROPEAN SPIRIT
                        -BECOME THE PERSON YOU WANT-

Laurent Bleines gave a report about a meeting in Paris with his NA. They said if the group wants to apply for a new project we need new partners. We wait for further informations and decide later about new project.

Afterwards it was discussed how to realize evaluation of results. Manuel Marti showed a questionnaire which he use in his organization.
He suggested to  use one question:
“WHAT DO YOU THINK  ABOUT THIS WEBBLOG”

Aggeliki Karanasiou argued this will be difficult to analyze, but finally the partner agreed to do evaluation in this way.
The evaluation will be done by students ( min.10) in a group work and also  by teachers   (min. 5) . The evaluation activities will start after the next meeting so the final changes can be done during the sixth meeting in Greece.

Moreover during the fourth Project Meeting it was tested an exemplary workshop:
BREATH-VOICE-VOCALS – Learning language in aneasy way.
Reflecting the own experience teachers and learners asserts that the workshop concept is very usefull to teach disadvantaged students and can be transferd in other countries.

1.      Logo and Flag
2.      Title
3.      Target group
4.      Subjects
5.      Objectives
Manuel Marti Puig noticed, it would be better to present the examples only with EU Flag and Project Logo and to resign all different countries flags and logos. In this way we present the results consistently.
Daniela Kroll remarked the difference between the presented examples. There are techniques, concepts, methods and course concepts. All participants prefer the presentation from the french partners, which describes a lesson and explains exactly how to teach. It was decided to use the French format as the common way, all partners choice examples in teaching disadvantaged groups and explain step by step the lesson. Agnes Francoise Fillipi puts his presentation on the webpage as a model.  Every partner complete his examples and send back to Agnes Francoise until end of July. He will enter the examples into the webpage until September.

GD LEARNING PARTNERSHIP
HANDS ON HELP
SPAIN, CASTELLON 3 – 5th March 2011

At first the coordinating organization, represented by Daniela Kroll welcomes all participants, especially the colleges from Italy, who could not attend the first meeting in France. She comments the good cooperation and teamwork of the involved partner organizations and presented the program of the 2nd project meeting.
The hosting organization, represented by Manuel Marti completed the opening remarks.
It started a discussion about the project webpage. Jerzy Soldatow gave an overview about
costs in case of establishing a webpage by the professionals of OHP:
1.200,00 for graphic, implementation and training. Added costs:
200,00 after implementation.
Aggeliki Karanasiou already established a webbolg and explained to the group how it is working and what is possible to do with a weblog. She gave a visual impression:
Aggeliki Karanasiou said the weblog is free of costs. All members of the partnership where impressed and agreed to use this as the project webpage.
The next question around the webpage:
Who should be responsible to insert new information, results and graphics. From technical view it could be every partner organization. The participants decided to have only one responsible person. Aggeliki Karanasiou was asked to be administrator and she accepted.
The group discussed what to put on the website at first:

·        Project Logo
·        Flag of EU program
·        Flags of participating nations
·        Logo of organizations ( if existing)
·        Short description of project content

After this Daniela Kroll announced the results of the voting about project logo. The majority of votes prefer the orange version of the logo, like France already used for the meeting in Corsica. It was decided to change the subtitle into:
Integration of disadvantaged people in adult education

Afterwards the group planned the next project meetings. They decided to held  the next meeting in Poland: 29th   June  – 3 July 2011
The forth project meeting of the partnership will take place in Germany:
7th December – 11th  December 2011

The main topic of the second project meeting was to present and to analyze the returned questionnaire by each partner organization. At next the partner from Greece, Poland, France, Italy and Germany presented their interview results. A clear result is:
Teaching disadvantaged people , teacher need empathy, sensibility and idealism. Not only knowledge about the subject but a lot of different social competences.
Gustavo Almela Castellano gave a good example from his practice in teaching language:
The typical way to teach grammar is to explain and to write. But he draws funny pictures on the board which are usable to explain the grammar. In this way the pupils start laughing and learning.
The summary of the analyzed questionnaires is:
Disadvantaged pupils in adult education need practical examples from their daily live and a practical way to teach them.
Next Manuel Mari Puig presented another course conception from Spain.
The target group was senior women who wanted to learn reading, writing and computer using. The method to teach them based on their daily life and individual interests. By writing their own newspaper with examples from their own life the pupils were motivated to learn reading and writing and how to use the computer as well. Mr. Manuel Marti Puig pointed the importance of  motivation of the target group. Therefore teacher needs different methods to bring all-day life into the classroom.
To continue the survey of creative teaching methods for disadvantaged pupils,  the partner will collect best examples in each participating country.  They will be presented during the next meeting. They way how the examples will be structured and presented in a common way, the partner will decide during the next meeting.
From now on each partner starts dissemination. Different strategies were shared:
·        Producing  postcards with project logo and webadress
·        Organizing a conference
·        Producing  posters with logo and blogadress
·        Creating a CD
·        Each partners puts the project link on their organizations webpage
